Chocolate substitute creams

A velvety and dense cream with an extraordinary hazelnut flavour thanks to the superior quality of roasted and finely chopped hazelnut (14%), excellent cocoa and good milk.

Nocciorella Top

A velvety and dense cream with an extraordinary hazelnut flavour thanks to the superior quality of roasted and finely chopped hazelnut (10%), excellent cocoa and good milk. Specifically designed for cold filling croissants, pastry tarts, sponge cake, Swiss rolls and chocolate pralines as well as flavouring buttercream, custard, whipped cream, mousses and Bavarian creams.

A velvety, palm oil free, cream with a dense and homogeneous consistency and a soft hazelnut flavour thanks to the superior selection of roasted and finely chopped hazelnut (4%), excellent cocoa and quality whole milk.

A velvety and dense consistency cream with a fine Gianduia taste thanks to the mix of high quality cocoa, selected roasted and finely chopped hazelnuts (10%) and good whole milk. Ideal for high quality cold fillings.

Gianduia Forno Croissant

A velvety and dense cream with intense Gianduia taste thanks to the superior selection of roasted and finely chopped hazelnuts (4%), excellent cocoa and quality whole milk. Specifically designed for filling before oven-baking croissants, sweet pies, pancakes and stuffed pancakes. Ideal in the preparation of frozen products.

Moretta Extreme (30% cocoa)

Specifically designed for puff pastries, flavouring buttercream, custard, whipped cream and frozen desserts, can be used as cream for filling pralines, baked pastry bases as well as for stuffing and icing.
