Semi-finished jams

Carefully selected fruit and meticulous processing characterise this line of Semi-finished Preserves. With their soft, easily spreadable consistency and glossy appearance, they are ideal for filling cold pastries or for decorating frozen desserts. They are also excellent in all baked products, maintaining their characteristics intact after the cooking process. The high content of fruit puree and pieces lends the natural taste of fresh ripe fruit to pies, croissants, tartlets, “barchette” (boat-shaped pastries), biscuits and rich desserts.

Apricot

Apricot: Minimum 35% fruit puree.
Excellent for use in the production of tarts, croissants, doughnuts, shortbread, Swiss rolls, Sachertorte, and “Parigine” (Parisian puff pastries).

Mixed berries: Minimum 35% fruit puree.
