Pasta eccelsa
Paste made with 35% almonds and apricot kernels, used in the preparation of high-quality baked products with an intense, subtle flavour, such as: tea-time pastries, fancy cakes, soft amaretti biscuits, almond biscuits, “baci di dama” (lady’s kisses), “pizzichettati”, frangipane cake and “ricciarelli”. Only requires the addition of egg white. To give the products a lasting gloss after cooking, brush them with Lucidol.
