Ideal preparation for the realization of cake covering.
Soft but dense and compact covering, with a shiny appearance and excellent cut.
It follows perfectly the cut without crumbling the covering.
Melt in bain-marie and cover spreading the product with a spatula.

SACHERCREM
A dense icing characterized by a strong dark
chocolate taste and remains more fluid in
comparison to the Chocoglass dark. Ensuring a
clean cut without crumbling and a homogeneous
shininess, it is indicated for icing Sacher torts,
tronchetti and other chocolate cakes.
It can be
melted in a double boiler or in a microwave oven
at about 45 °C.
