Sachercrem

A dense icing, characterized by a strong dark chocolate flavor but more fluid than the Chocoglass dark. It guarantees a clean cut without crumbling and an homogeneous gloss.

Usage

It is suitable in glazing Sacher tortes, logs and other chocolate cakes.
It can be melted in a bain-marie or microwave oven at about 45° C.
