Moretta
Smooth, glossy and compact-textured cream with excellent dark chocolate flavor obtained from selected quality cocoa.
Available with different intensities of cocoa and presence of hazelnuts inside:
MORETTA EXTREME: Extra dark with 30% cocoa.
MORETTA SUPREME : 26% cocoa and 12% hazelnuts.
MORETTA TOP: 20% cocoa and 6% hazelnuts.
MORETTA: 12% cocoa.
Usage
It is excellent as a cutting paste for flavoring cream and custard and buttercream, profiteroles, parfaits, and as a cold cream filling.
