Usage
Versatile and suitable for many cold applications such as fillings, fillings, stuffings and the creation of soft nougats.
The NEUTRA SV version is particularly suitable for pistachio, coffee and hazelnut paste inclusions, characterized by its dense, compact texture and neutral taste.
