Designed for filling after baking in the oven, such as croissants, turnovers, brioches, Krapfen, sponge cakes, swiss rolls, cake coverings, filling for shortcrust pastry tarts, flavoring cream, and pastry cream or butter, mousses, and Bavarian creams.
