Dulcicrem

Powdered mixture for making delicate custard for baking.
It blends perfectly with fresh whipped cream or cream prepared with Susipan to make a delicious chantilly cream and with chocolate creams and Hazelnut and Pistachio pastes.
Also available in the milk version DULCICREMILK.

Methods of use

Ingredients: g. 100 Dulcicrem, g.400 sugar, 1 liter milk.
Mix Dulcicrem with the sugar and slowly stir in a little cold milk until smooth.
Bring the remaining milk to a boil and slowly add the cream.
Cook over low heat for about 2 to 3 minutes.
