Powdered mixture for instant preparation of top-quality custard.
It blends perfectly with fresh whipped cream or cream prepared with Susipan to make a delicious chantilly cream and with chocolate or hazelnut creams and Hazelnut and Pistachio pastes.
Idealcrem is optimal in both freezing and baking.
Mix g. 400/450 of Idealcrem with 1 liter of water or milk at room temperature. Shake the mixture with a whisk for 1 minute until a velvety, homogeneous cream is obtained. Let stand 5 minutes and shake again to obtain the optimal creaminess.
For a thicker consistency add up to g.50 more powder.
