Powder for preparing semifreddos, mousses, Bavarian creams and panna cotta.

Method of use

Mix g.500 water and g.200 BILLY in planetary mixer with whisk and gradually add unsweetened whipped cream. Spread a thin layer of sponge cake on the bottom of the molds and fill evenly. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or in the freezer for about 40 minutes.

Warnings

If making two-flavor Bavarian cream, mousses or semifreddos, it is recommended to separate them with a thin layer of sponge cake.
